CRM Executive | Manchester | Hybrid | £26,000-£29,000 + Bonus

A growing digital business is looking for a CRM Executive to join its collaborative marketing team. You’ll work across a range of eCommerce brands, delivering engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on campaign delivery and strategic input. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping shape CRM activity while continuing to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other retention channels for multiple client brands.
  • Work across 2-4 client brands simultaneously, supporting campaign delivery, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Support the deployment of each brand’s email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are briefed and delivered accurately.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Assist with database management, ensuring contact data quality and compliance with best practices.
  • Proofread and check copy, visuals, and email templates for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collect, collate, and report campaign performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct CRM audits and support ongoing optimisation of customer journeys and lifecycle flows for multiple brands.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and campaign setup in ESPs (e.g. Klaviyo).
  • Support the team in maintaining brand consistency and high-quality communications across all clients.
  • Bring fresh ideas and assist with testing and experimentation to improve retention and engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
