The Opportunity

With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Adidas, Argos, Expedia and eBay, we receive over 8 million visits per month. We’re looking for a commercially driven and highly organised CRM Executive to join our growing CRM team. This role will play a key part in delivering customer-first email campaigns that support both advertising revenue commitments and VoucherCodes’ wider customer revenue targets.

Working closely with Partnerships, Commercial, Design, and CRM teams globally, you’ll help execute engaging and high-performing campaigns, contribute to our testing roadmap, and support tactical initiatives that drive customer engagement and conversion.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with CRM or digital marketing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a visible impact across the business. This is a hybrid role with one day a week based in our London office in Whitechapel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, QA, and schedule CRM campaigns across email and other customer channels
  • Deliver campaigns that support advertising revenue commitments alongside customer revenue and engagement targets
  • Plan and execute tactical CRM campaigns supporting short-term commercial and customer initiatives
  • Liaise with Partnerships teams on offer content, campaign bookings, and promotional activity
  • Support campaign-level reporting and performance analysis, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities
  • Contribute to the CRM testing roadmap, including A/B testing setup, results analysis, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with global teams across the wider Ziff Davis Shopping portfolio
  • Work closely with Design and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard
  • Support continuous optimisation of customer journeys, campaign performance, and operational processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
