CRM Executive – Professional Services – London (hybrid/remote) – Salary up to £28k
Our client is a fast-growing professional services company, recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, where every employee has the chance to make a real impact.
They are now looking for a CRM Executive, to join their team due to company growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who’s excited by customer communications, CRM, email marketing, customer journeys, data, and marketing technology.
Working closely with the Customer Retention Manager, you’ll help build and optimise customer communications across email, automated journeys and direct mail. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, A/B testing and campaign analysis, with ongoing coaching, training and opportunities to take on more strategic CRM activity as you grow.
As CRM Executive, you will…
- Build CRM campaigns - create, test and schedule regular customer emails
- Write engaging copy - support messaging and creative development
- Run A/B tests - test subject lines, layouts, CTAs and messaging
- Segment audiences - ensure communications are targeted and relevant
- Optimise automated journeys - support lifecycle communications
- Coordinate direct mail - test and deliver offline CRM activity
- Support lead generation - including Refer a Friend campaigns
- Analyse performance - identify opportunities to improve future communications
- Collaborate with stakeholders - ensure campaigns are accurate and delivered on time
- Support wider customer retention and marketing initiatives

You’ll bring…
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Psychology or similar
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- An interest in CRM, customer experience and marketing technology
- A willingness to learn new tools and platforms
Bonus points for:
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of customer journeys or CRM marketing
- Using AI tools for content or productivity
- Internship or project experience in marketing
