CRM Executive (B2C)
Location: Lancashire Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day work from home)

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the brand’s CRM strategy, ensuring it remains a critical channel in the digital strategy.
- Support the overall CRM strategy, tracking performance, and embedding it into the digital roadmap
- Segment databases effectively to facilitate targeted campaign execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including automation and segmentation
- Manage CRM workflows, ensuring operational efficiency
- Oversee A/B testing and optimise new segmentation strategies
- Enhance customer retention and loyalty, strengthening long-term engagement
- Create and refine email and CRM campaign content to drive engagement
- Report on campaign success, identifying improvements and strategic insights
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
- Implement a vision-driven approach in tech investment and team resource allocation
- Provide support to the wider Digital Marketing team while mentoring two CRM Executives

Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled candidate with:
- Extensive CRM experience, including electronic CRM (eCRM) and expertise in acquisition automation programmes
- At least 3+ years in CRM, with proficiency in managing multiple email service providers (ESP)
- Strong understanding of campaign development and content creation
- Experience managing automation and workflows, with confidence in optimising these systems
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and its strategic application
- Ability to work with data across teams to build a single customer view for unified targeting
