About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Executive based in London to join our global CRM team, reporting to the CRM Lead.
This is a hands-on role involving:
- Writing campaign content
- Building campaigns in our Email Service Provider (ESP)
- Analysing data
- Seeing direct impact on fan engagement across the UK, US, EU, and beyond
You’ll have real involvement across campaigns from brief to send, working with email and SMS for a global audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
CRM Campaign Builds & Execution
- Building and sending broadcast email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, end-to-end, from setup to ensuring proper rendering across inboxes.
- Conducting pre-send Campaign QA, including:
- Checking links, copy, and personalisation tokens.
- Validating audience logic, SMS compliance, send times, and rendering.
- Handling highly personalised content due to our expansive base of 250+ cities.
- Collaborating with the CRM Lead to build and refine customer segments in Klaviyo.
- Supporting development of automated flows and triggered campaigns as proficiency in the platform grows.

Creating Email & SMS Content
- Developing engaging email and SMS copy with Sofar’s friendly, warm, and human tone (supported by the CRM Lead).
- Curation of on-brand and relevant images for email campaigns, leveraging insights from Air (asset library).
- Evaluating and adapting tone, messaging, and personalisation logic for varying audience segments, markets, and customer journey stages.
Campaign Reporting
- Analysing and interpreting campaign performance data (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue).
- Running and evaluating A/B tests to foster a test-and-learn culture.
- Reporting to internal stakeholders by spotting trends and identifying what works/unsuccessful strategies—while contributing engagement retention and conversion ideas.
Tooling
- Klaviyo: Campaign management (building, sending, segment oversight, performance tracking).
- Air: Retrieving assets for campaigns.
- Metabase: Gathering data insights on CRM performance reports.
Collaboration
- Strong cross-team collaboration, including Experience Marketing (London, NYC, LA, ROW), Customer Service, Product, and Design.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of CRM, marketing (or related) experience (in-house, agency, or internship).
- Strong written English with an affinity for clear, polished, and engaging copy.
- Hawk-eye attention to detail, alert to errors missed by others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent priority shifts.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn; adaptability is key—expertise isn’t required upfront.
- Klaviyo experience is a plus.
- Lover of music, events, arts, and culture.
