About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious CRM Executive to join our team. This role provides dynamic responsibility and growth opportunities in the heart of our Global CRM operations.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:
    • Own and manage the US & ROW (Rest of World) promotional calendar, including email, push notifications, and newsletters, ensuring a well-balanced mix and consistent delivery.

    • Plan, build, and execute US & ROW CRM communications, including:

      • Briefing (collaborating with stakeholders)
      • Scheduling (swift and effective campaign timing)
      • Deployment (launching programs)
      • Performance analysis (measuring success)

  • Campaign execution:

    • Support the delivery of targeted campaigns (e.g., Student Beans and other tactical sends) to drive engagement and commercial performance.
  • Innovation and testing:

    • Lead the US CRM testing roadmap, including running A/B tests and sharing insights, learnings, and recommendations with the wider team.
  • Analytics and reporting:

    • Regularly produce weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends, optimisation opportunities, and future test ideas.
  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with CRM and wider marketing teams to share best practices, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a CRM leadership role within a B2C environment (notably in e-commerce, retail, subscription, or marketplace businesses).
  • Hand-on experience in managing a CRM marketing calendar.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing initiatives, coupled with a data-driven approach to optimisation.
  • Technical competency using an ESp (Email Service Provider) such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp to build, deploy, and report on campaigns.
  • The ability to translate campaign performance metrics into actionable improvements and recurring tactical adjustments.
