CRM Executive
We’re really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, CRM Executive.
They hold an exceptional reputation in the market for being super fun, innovative, and pushing boundaries, and getting it right. An established brand that has hired some of the best talent in the market, creating this powerhouse marketing/digital team.
You’ll report into the CRM Manager, supported by the wider marketing team – around 25+. All digital/technology and creative in-house.
In this role, you’ll support the performance of the CRM channels: email, DM, SMS, and Push, whilst supporting new automated customer experiences and journeys.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the brand's overall CRM strategy, tracking its performance, and keeping CRM as a key channel as part of the overall digital strategy.
- Optimise customer segmentation and drive a more customer-led culture by elevating the importance of CRM throughout the business.
- Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted campaigns.
- Report on CRM campaign success and improvements and strategic aims. Communicating findings to senior stakeholders within the business.

What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience within CRM, including eCRM and core acquisition automation programmes.
- 2+ years within CRM, working on a number of different ESP is ideal.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation is key.
- Experience within working with data, data in separate teams to create a single customer view.
