Overview
The Senior CRM Executive is responsible for delivering data-driven customer campaigns across multiple channels and markets. Working across direct marketing and the wider CRM function, this global role will manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns with a customer-first mindset.
This position involves planning, briefing, and executing customer contact strategies across multiple audiences, touching both online and offline touchpoints. The role partners closely with Brand, Analytics, external agencies, and the wider CRM team to deliver campaigns in line with the trading calendar while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and drive performance.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
What You Will Do
- Support the Print Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of customer-focused campaigns.
- Work collaboratively across the CRM team (including retention and lifecycle functions) to ensure aligned and consistent customer communications.
- Manage the briefing and delivery of direct marketing campaigns from initial concept and development through execution.
- Support campaign reporting and analysis, sharing actionable insights and learnings to optimise performance.
- Develop and implement improved ways of working to strengthen operational rigour, documentation, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain and update cross-channel documentation, ensuring all changes are clearly communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the CRM team to enhance, develop, and implement new retention programmes and customer lifecycle initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar CRM or marketing role, with exposure to multi-channel campaign execution.
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to influence at all levels with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence positively while maintaining strong relationships.
