CRM Executive – Make Me A Winner

You’ll be joining a growing CRM team at Bauer Media, working on one of our most exciting and commercially successful products – Make Me A Winner.

Our team sits within Audio Marketing and is responsible for driving customer engagement, acquisition and retention through smart, data-led CRM campaigns. We’re a small team with big ambitions, and because we’re growing, there’s a real opportunity to make your mark and help shape how CRM evolves across the business.

The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and constantly changing. You’ll work closely with marketing, commercial, creative and data teams while contributing to campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of customers every week.

As CRM Executive, you'll help deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns designed to drive customer engagement, entries and revenue. You'll support the evolution of personalised customer journeys while helping to create meaningful customer experiences across email, SMS, push notifications and emerging channels.

You'll be joining at an exciting point in the team's growth, giving you the chance to influence processes, learn new skills and broaden your exposure to CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for planning, building and delivering CRM campaigns that support the continued growth of Make Me A Winner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Building and deploying CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other digital channels
  • Supporting campaign segmentation, targeting and reporting
  • Assisting with lifecycle and automated customer journeys
  • Collaborating with creative, marketing and commercial stakeholders
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Ensuring campaigns meet brand, compliance and data standards
  • Contributing campaign ideas and helping improve customer engagement strategies
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout campaign delivery

The Skills You Will Bring

  • Previous CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer engagement
  • Experience using CRM platforms and campaign management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Braze would be highly advantageous
  • Multi-channel CRM experience is desirable

Working Pattern / Location

Permanent | Manchester Hybrid Working | 1 office day per week
