You’ll be joining Bauer Media's growing CRM team, working across some of the UK's most recognised audio brands, including KISS, Hits Radio, Magic Radio, Greatest Hits, Absolute Radio and Rayo.

Our CRM team sits at the centre of audience engagement, helping transform listeners into loyal fans through personalised, data-led customer experiences. We're building a larger, more connected CRM function and are investing heavily in improving how we engage audiences across our audio brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a time of growth and help shape the future of CRM across Bauer Audio UK.

The Difference You Will Make

This role goes beyond campaign execution.

You'll work closely with brand and marketing stakeholders across Bauer's audio portfolio to influence CRM strategy, deliver audience engagement initiatives and improve customer experiences across multiple channels.

Your Role

You'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of CRM activity across Bauer's audio brands.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
  • Working directly with brand stakeholders to support marketing plans
  • Coordinating campaign production and deployment
  • Managing campaign schedules and priorities
  • Supporting reporting and performance analysis
  • Sharing CRM best practice across brands
  • Identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement
  • Supporting the evolution of lifecycle-led marketing activity
  • Building strong internal stakeholder

The Skills You Will Bring

  • Previous CRM campaign management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Multi-channel CRM experience is desirable
  • Braze experience would be advantageous
  • An interest in audio, media or entertainment brands would be beneficial

Working Pattern / Location

Permanent | London Hybrid Working | 1 office day per week
