The Role

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented CRM professional to join the team and lead the delivery of CRM campaigns across our portfolio of brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing, ecommerce, and CRM within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • The day-to-day management of CRM Campaigns and key performance metrics
  • Working with and mentoring our Email Executive team to deliver a world-class CRM experience for our clients
  • To manage and deliver CRM programmes to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle
  • To co-ordinate the delivery of the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity, and results in order to drive the required sales plan
  • Maintaining and leading relationships with our established clients and having responsibility in the production and assistance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as highlighting any key insight or trends
  • Training, development, and management of the team to deliver their objectives with the support of the CRM Manager

You’ll have the full support of an excellent in-house creative team, allowing you to focus around the creative elements of the email campaigns and really bring the marketing material to life.

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • 2-3 years’ CRM experience
  • Experience in creating email campaigns
  • An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A knowledge and awareness of the health and beauty market
  • Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation
  • A desire to learn
  • Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders both internally and externally
