CRM Lead
£65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus
London (King's Cross) / Brighton | Hybrid (3 days per week)
We're working with an ambitious direct-to-consumer consumer brand that has built an incredibly loyal customer base through quality, trust, and exceptional customer experience. Having achieved impressive growth, the business is now investing in one of its most important commercial channels and is looking for a strategic CRM professional to unlock the next phase of customer retention and lifetime value. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a well-established CRM function with strong foundations, extensive customer data, and the backing of senior leadership to make meaningful change.
Role Overview
The CRM Lead will take full ownership of the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy, transforming an already successful retention channel into a sophisticated, data-driven growth engine that increases customer lifetime value, improves engagement, and uncovers new commercial opportunities.
Role Highlights:
- Own the end-to-end CRM strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance.
- Optimise customer journeys across welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, subscription, and win-back programs.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation to deliver highly targeted, personalized communications.
- Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities for cross-selling, retention, and increased lifetime value.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape CRM strategy through data-driven recommendations and continuous testing.

You Will Need:
- Proven experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing within a D2C subscription business.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo and email automation best practices.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate customer data into measurable business growth.
- Experience building customer segmentation strategies and improving retention performance.
- A proactive, strategic mindset whilst remaining comfortable delivering campaigns from concept through to execution.
