Moneybox is growing rapidly, and our CRM team is no exception. With more customers, accounts, features, and communications than ever, the management of these customer touchpoints—both automated and manual—has become increasingly complex.
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Lifecycle Executive to coordinate our evolving customer marketing campaigns. This role will:
- Drive engaging, personalised experiences for our community.
- Maximise commercial value for the business.
- Optimise owned channels to boost engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
The CRM Lifecycle Executive will oversee a customer’s full journey, ensuring seamless experiences across email, in-app messages, push notifications, and on-platform messaging. You’ll work closely with Wealth, Savings & Homebuying teams to refine the user journey while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Insight teams to maintain alignment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing and improving end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs, spanning email, in-app messages, push notifications, and on-platform messaging.
- Collaborate with the CRM Lifecycle Manager to implement the lifecycle roadmap across Wealth, Savings, and Homebuying, including ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and optimisation of activities.
- Use data-driven segmentation models to deliver personalised messaging to users via the most effective channels at the right time.
- Prepare and distribute post-campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness through structured testing plans.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Insight teams to align and improve automation communications.

Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on CRM experience in a consumer-facing environment.
- Essential knowledge of HTML and CMS systems.
- Deep experience using CRM platforms like Braze to build and execute campaigns.
- Ability to translate customer needs into strategic, actionable plans.
- Skill in designing data infrastructure and conducting experiments to generate key insights.
- Strong project management experience, able to prioritise multiple workstreams efficiently.
- A detail-oriented, methodical approach to executing CRM strategies successfully.
