What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own the overall CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, subscriptions, loyalty, referrals, and customer retention initiatives
- Develop, optimise, and manage lifecycle journeys including welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, winback campaigns, replenishment flows, subscription retention programmes, and customer reactivation campaigns
- Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, retention metrics, and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities for growth and increased customer lifetime value
- Manage campaign planning, testing, reporting, and optimisation across email and SMS channels to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and relevant customer experiences
- Collaborate with creative, acquisition, product, and customer service teams to ensure lifecycle marketing supports wider business objectives
- Continuously improve CRM infrastructure, reporting, automations, and customer journeys to support long-term business growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
