Why Be a CRM Manager at THG Beauty?
We’re seeking an established CRM Manager to drive the CRM strategy across the UK & Ireland markets. This pivotal role involves:
- Leading a high-performing CRM team
- Aligning customer communications (email and push notifications) with commercial goals while prioritising exceptional experiences
- Supporting the Senior CRM Manager during maternity cover
- Driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Support the Senior CRM Manager in CRM project delivery, team development, and channel growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and commercial success.

Campaign & Strategy Execution
- Develop aligned monthly CRM plans (email and push notifications) that balance performance goals with customer experience.
- Create, optimise, and manage automated customer journeys to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Own monthly activation plans, including campaign briefs, execution, and performance reviews.

Performance & Innovation
- Partner with the Retail Media team to review and refine commercial agreements.
- Lead a test-and-learn programme across CRM channels—plan, implement, analyse, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identify customer journey opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Present CRM insights and performance data to senior stakeholders in trading meetings.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team, ensuring on-brand, on-time delivery while fostering individual growth.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM, including direct line management.
- Proven expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at handling concurrent projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
