CRM Manager

CRM Manager (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

At Burges Salmon, we are pioneering how we leverage client and relationship data. We’re seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract and guide the ongoing evolution of InterAction—our comprehensive firm-wide CRM platform—ultimately enabling colleagues to make data-driven decisions and forge stronger-client relationships.

This integral yet high-visibility position is a key pillar of our Strategic CRM Programme, aligned with our broader Digital Enablement Strategy. By collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, IT, Data teams and senior leadership, you’ll help shape how CRM technology fuels the firm’s growth, client engagement, and commercial strategy.

With a blend of technical proficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and change leadership, you’ll cultivate a workplace culture where data is reliable, accessible, and instrumental in driving meaningful business progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the continuous optimisation and refinement of InterAction, ensuring the CRM platform fulfils its full potential.
  • Drive firm-wide CRM adoption through targeted training, support, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to enhance insights, reporting, and automation.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and data-driven solutions that empower measurable business decisions.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to elevate CRM capabilities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and champion best practice integration across all firm operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
