Global CRM Manager

£45,000 – £60,000
West London | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Our client is an ambitious, founder-led direct-to-consumer brand entering an exciting phase of growth. With a collaborative leadership team, outstanding visibility across the business, and a genuinely social culture, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact rather than simply manage campaigns. You’ll work alongside senior decision-makers, influence strategy, and join a close-knit team that enjoys celebrating success, sharing ideas, and building something exceptional together.

The Global CRM Manager will take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle strategy, driving engagement, retention, and commercial growth through data-led CRM initiatives across multiple channels while shaping the future direction of customer communications.

Role Highlights

  • Own the full CRM calendar from planning through to execution and optimisation
  • Develop and enhance automated journeys, customer flows, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Build a strategic roadmap for WhatsApp and emerging communication channels
  • Analyse performance data to generate insights that improve repeat purchase and customer value
  • Support future subscription and loyalty initiatives that strengthen long-term customer relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
