A fast growing business in the automotive sector with a reputable name in the market, known for delivering exceptional service and seamless customer experiences. As the business continues to scale, it’s investing in its CRM capability to strengthen customer relationships and drive meaningful engagement across its digital channels.
This is a strategic and hands on opportunity for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of the email marketing function. Sitting at the centre of customer communications, the role involves planning, building, and optimising campaigns that engage, retain, and convert. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, data is clean, and performance is continuously improving.

What You’ll Be Doing...
- Developing and delivering the email marketing strategy in line with business goals
- Managing the full campaign lifecycle from segmentation and design to testing and deployment
- Creating personalised customer journeys and automated flows that drive engagement
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and promotions
- Monitoring performance metrics and using data to optimise future campaigns
- Maintaining CRM database hygiene and accuracy
What We’re Looking For...
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM or email marketing management
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
- Confident in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
