About Traffic Label Traffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing industry. We build scalable products focused on performance, analytics, automation, and intelligent customer engagement across multiple brands and global markets.
Role Overview We're looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer retention strategy and CRM operations across multiple brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business where you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value while working closely with cross-functional teams. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM and retention strategies across multiple customer touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Content teams, you'll deliver data-driven campaigns that improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value while continuously enhancing performance through testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize customer retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan, build, and execute email, SMS, and other CRM campaigns in line with brand and product roadmaps.
- Set up, execute, and report on A/B tests across CRM channels to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Build and manage landing pages and on-site campaigns using CMS and landing page builder platforms across desktop and mobile.
- Execute promotional campaigns and bonus payouts through our iGaming platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Design, Product, and Content teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor customer behaviour, campaign performance, and retention metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Write engaging and high-quality copy for emails, SMS, landing pages, and other CRM communications.
- Proofread CRM content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Conduct research to ensure content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with market trends.
- Manage CRM calendars and support the planning of future CRM strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of all CRM initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights to senior management.
- Support additional CRM and retention-related projects as required.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing role.
- Experience within the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Experience setting up and analysing A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent written English with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and landing page builders is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
