Job Title: Consumer CRM Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 10% annual bonus
Location: London | Hybrid
We're working with an ambitious, technology-led organisation that is redefining how consumers access trusted home improvement services across the UK. Following significant growth and continued investment, our client is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, creating an opportunity for an experienced Consumer CRM Lead to shape customer engagement at scale. This is an excellent opportunity to join a product-focused business where innovation, data and customer experience sit at the heart of every decision.
The Consumer CRM Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising customer lifecycle communications, helping to increase engagement, retention and long-term customer value. You'll work alongside Product, Data and Marketing teams to create intelligent, insight-led CRM strategies that influence customer behaviour while driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Role Highlights
The Consumer CRM Lead will:
- Design and deliver automated multi-channel CRM journeys across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop behavioural messaging that improves activation, engagement and retention.
- Lead A/B testing programmes to continually optimise campaign performance.
- Analyse customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to embed CRM into wider business initiatives.
You Will Need
The Consumer CRM Lead will require:
- Strong hands-on experience using Braze or a comparable CRM automation platform.
- Proven background within consumer, marketplace or digital product environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to link CRM performance to commercial outcomes.
- Experience building scalable CRM processes, governance and automation frameworks.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
