CRM Manager
Your New Company
A high-growth DTC subscription brand is looking to hire a CRM Manager to take ownership of customer retention and lifecycle marketing during an exciting period of growth and investment.
Your New Role
This is an opportunity to rebuild and relaunch the CRM function from the ground up. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you'll own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer lifecycle communications, taking activity in-house and establishing CRM as a key commercial growth channel.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven CRM experience within a DTC subscription or ecommerce business
- Strong retention and lifecycle marketing expertise
- Experience building or transforming CRM programmes
- Advanced Klaviyo experience (essential)
- Strong segmentation, automation and testing experience
- Commercial mindset with an analytical approach
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Ambitious, proactive and highly autonomous
