CRM Manager
London, hybrid working | £42,000 to £60,000
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing digital growth consultancy in a client-facing CRM role that blends strategy, insight, and delivery. You will take ownership of end-to-end CRM projects, working closely with well-known brands to drive measurable impact while developing your strategic capability and client leadership skills.

The Role
- Lead CRM programmes across multiple client accounts, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Develop multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives and commercial outcomes.
- Manage and optimise email, push, and SMS campaigns, including segmentation and automated journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Conduct audits of existing CRM activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advise clients on best practice across CRM, data, and marketing technology.
- Support CRM platform implementation and migration projects.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to account growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRO specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRM within an agency, consultancy, or high-growth environment.
- Ability to work across CRM strategy as well as execute campaigns.
- Confident in client-facing environments, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel CRM principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage projects independently.
