We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a fast-growing, purpose-led childcare group on a 6 month FTC.
The Change Partners are working with a leading UK childcare provider with a growing national footprint. We're seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead the implementation of a new Zoho CRM platform, then own its ongoing performance, designing and optimising automated customer journeys that drive conversion from enquiry through to enrolment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis and project delivery skills with hands-on CRM configuration, and who enjoys owning a platform end-to-end rather than just maintaining one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the CRM implementation programme, coordinating Marketing, Enrolments, Operations, IT, Zoho partners, external agencies and website developers.
- Own project governance including plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, risks, testing and rollout.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions, producing requirements documents, process maps and functional specifications.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys across the full enquiry lifecycle, including tour bookings, reminders, no-shows, registration, waitlists and pre-start nurturing.
- Configure and maintain Zoho CRM and associated applications, including workflows, blueprints, automation, email journeys and campaigns.
- Build and maintain responsive HTML email templates within Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Email.
- Own CRM performance following implementation, monitoring journey, funnel and email conversion.
- Introduce A/B testing, personalisation and dynamic content to continuously improve conversion.
- Develop CRM reporting and insight for operational and commercial teams, with data-led recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
