CRM Delivery Manager
Edinburgh (4 days in the office, 1 from home)
Full time and Permanent
Competitive salary plus exciting benefits
Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting an organisation with a genuinely exciting digital transformation as they look to appoint a CRM Delivery Manager to join their growing marketing and communications function.
This isn't your typical CRM role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting under the bonnet of CRM technology. Someone who loves building, testing and optimising customer communications, has expert HTML email development skills, and wants to play a key role in shaping a brand new in-house capability. You'll join at a pivotal point as the organisation invests heavily in its CRM technology, moving to Salesforce and Braze while bringing technical expertise in-house. It's a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to specialist for CRM delivery, helping reduce reliance on external agencies while influencing how the function develops as it continues to grow. Working alongside teams responsible for customer communications, loyalty and retention, you'll take creative briefs and transform them into engaging, high-performing customer journeys and email campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of customers.
If you enjoy solving technical challenges, improving processes and continuously finding better ways to deliver exceptional customer experiences, this is a role where you'll be able to make a genuine impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
