The Impact You’ll Have
As CRM Manager, you’ll lead innovation in how we engage with millions of travelers. You’ll balance deep technical engagement with long-term responsibility, driving:
- Campaign delivery optimisation and journey performance
- Data-informed decision-making toward a unified customer experience engine
- AI-driven workflows and advanced lifecycle orchestration for seamless interactions across app, web, and marketing
You’ll join a team seeking a proven operator able to:
- Turn ideas into live journeys with autonomy and agility
- Empower real-time adjustments to campaigns and customer flows
- Champion process automation and efficiency

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Box your vision into reality by:
- Designing, managing, and refining automated multi-channel journeys with branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data
- Eliminating manual bottlenecks through AI-assisted workflows (e.g., n8n/Codex integration)
- Optimising CRM tool performance (e.g., Braze) using segmentation, personalisation (Liquid logic), and predictive scoring
- Building future-proof QA processes to ensure error-free execution
- Collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless, hyper-personalised journeys from search to booking
- Leveraging Looker/Tableau to build reports, track key metrics, and refine campaigns
Your Skillset
The ideal candidate: ✖ Thrives as a self-starter, taking ownership of full execution —from discovery to delivery ✖ Excels in high-growth environments, moving quickly from concept to live projects ✖ Fixes problems proactively (e.g., automating tasks, implementing analytics) ✖ Data-savvy (experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL) ✖ ** CRM savvy** with hands-on experience in Braze/Liquid logic, segmentation, and propensity scoring ✖ Translates performance dashboards into actionable strategies
