CRM Marketer – To Own & Scale Honest’s Customer Relationships

The Role: CRM Marketer
Position: CRM Strategist (acquisition, retention & growth) .reporting-to: Head of Brand & Marketing location: Hybrid-first (minimum 1 day/week office-based in London)
You’ll own every aspect of Honest’s customer experience—from first touch to lifetime loyalty—through email, SMS, notifications and WhatsApp.
This isn’t just scaling a channel. You’re designing how hundreds of thousands of customers feel about Honest and mobilising them into brand evangelists.
What You’ll Do
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Define and lead acquisition, retention & conversion campaigns across acquisition vs. renewal funnels
- Drive eSIM adoption, referrals & retention strategies through paid and organic channels
- Work across founders, marketing, product and growth teams to align on messaging and goals
Tech & Campaigns
- Master our CRM platform: segment data, automate workflows, run A/B tests and analytics
- Build a test-and-learn framework: relentlessly experiment, dissect results and scale what works
- Craft converting, brand-aligned messaging during customer waitlists, sign-ups and journeys

About You
Experience & Fit
- 3-5 years in marketing, growth or CRM—biggest requirement: ownership
- Prefer straddling brand and growth, marrying insight with creativity
- Technical curiosity (e.g., SQL, email platform flexibility) is a plus
Mindset & Skills
