SALT is supporting a high-growth digital marketing agency specialising in customer lifecycle and CRM strategy.
Senior CRM Manager
This Senior CRM Manager role is focused on owning and delivering multi-channel customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value. You will lead client engagements, shaping CRM roadmaps, advising on marketing technology, and translating data insights into impactful campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct client stakeholder management.
Key Contract Details:
- 3+ month contract, outside IR35
- Hybrid working in London (3 days onsite)
- £250 per day

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned to client objectives
- Manage and optimise email, push, and SMS campaigns including segmentation, automation, and dynamic content
- Lead customer experience (CX) initiatives to improve end-to-end lifecycle journeys
- Analyse campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Advise on marketing technology adoption, implementation, and optimisation (e.g. marketing automation platforms and CDPs)
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to grow accounts and deliver measurable outcomes

About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Strong background in email marketing and multi-channel campaigns (push, SMS, in-app)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Customer.io)
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Segment, Tealium, Bloomreach, Blueconic)
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau) and Excel
