About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to transform how our client uses customer data, reporting and AI to drive growth across our UK and US business. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, improving and modernising processes while challenging existing ways of working. You'll own our client's global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, creating automated customer journeys across email, SMS and other channels to improve acquisition, retention and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, product and leadership teams.
- Turn customer insights into commercial decisions that drive conversion, profitability and lifetime value.
- Lead and develop two direct reports, building a high-performing CRM and data function with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Use platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk, Polar Analytics and Pan Intelligence.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and AI-powered automation that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer analytics or growth marketing within an ecommerce or consumer business.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Confidence in managing projects, influencing stakeholders and improving data quality, governance and marketing technology.
- Passion for using data, technology and AI to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.
