About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to transform how our client uses customer data, reporting and AI to drive growth across our UK and US business. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, improving and modernising processes while challenging existing ways of working. You'll own our client's global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, creating automated customer journeys across email, SMS and other channels to improve acquisition, retention and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, product and leadership teams.
  • Turn customer insights into commercial decisions that drive conversion, profitability and lifetime value.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports, building a high-performing CRM and data function with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Use platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk, Polar Analytics and Pan Intelligence.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and AI-powered automation that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
