We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager based in our London office to lead and optimize our CRM efforts across online casino and sportsbook clients. This role is integral to driving player engagement, retention, and revenue through innovative lifecycle campaigns, data-driven strategies, and comprehensive CRM operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of promotional strategies, and CRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement promotional strategies to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotions across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
  • Develop tailored lifecycle models to optimize player onboarding, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation.
  • Set up and manage automated campaigns triggered by player behaviors.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to identify at-risk players and implement targeted retention tactics.
  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, player segmentation, and VIP programs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the online gaming or sportsbook industry.
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, lifecycle management, and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with a track record of setting up and managing automated campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
