CRM Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Performance Bonus
Location: London Hours: __4 days per week in the office in Stratford**
As a CRM Manager, you’ll join a fast-growing, consumer-facing brand at a critical phase of scaling its customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Reporting into senior marketing leadership, this role is pivotal in driving engagement, customer retention, and long-term value through email, SMS, push, and direct channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle
- Plan, build, and optimise campaigns and automated flows via email, SMS, and push
- Develop customer segmentation to enable targeted, personalised communications
- Manage and optimise a loyalty programme, designing mechanics to boost repeat engagement
- Organise and execute on-site competitions and prize draw experiences
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into tangible optimisation strategies
- Oversee prize fulfilment, draw operations, and customer communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams

Experience Required
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention-focused roles
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms
- Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Experience with loyalty programmes, promotions, or gamified/prize-led products preferred
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
