CRM Manager
At Teya
Welcome! We're Teya — a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London, serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we create easy-to-use, integrated tools that empower our members to accept payments and drive business performance.
Why Teya?
At Teya, we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we think:
- The level playing field isn’t balanced—small businesses shouldn’t be at a disadvantage.
- Banks and legacy service providers often make things unnecessarily difficult for them.
- The best technology and service shouldn’t be restricted to those with the biggest headquarters.
We exist to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive. Join us in building a better community.
Come be part of our story.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for exceptional talent who can hit the ground running in a high-energy, mission-driven environment. You’ll have the chance to:
✔ Create real impact in a culture that values growth, learning, and close-knit collaboration ✔ Join a team that’s committed to changing how small businesses operate ✔ Enjoy comprehensive benefits (see below) and the freedom to shape the work you do
Your Mission
In the CRM Manager role, your mission is to increase customer lifetime value by:
- Designing and optimising our direct customer communications across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and our customer-facing applications
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across Owned Growth, Global Operations, Sales, and Product to drive measurable business impact
Your Team
You’ll be part of the Owned Growth team, a function within Global Operations, reporting to the Head of Owned Growth. This team sets the direction for 9 market-specific operations, creating tailored communications, content, and experiences that:
- Connect to merchant needs
- Convert leads into customers
- Engage members through their full lifecycle—from acquisition to loyalty & retention

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
