We’re on a mission to make the switch to sustainable transport and energy faster, easier and more affordable. We use our own technology stack, data smarts and industry knowledge to build a game-changing capability. Our intelligent energy platform helps our customers access renewable energy, understand consumer behaviour, and powers smart charging for EVs.
The worlds of energy and transport are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new paradigm. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.
Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Belux, Smart Home Charge and other innovative brands.
We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. If you’re interested in joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a journey to speed up the global transition to clean energy, read on!
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to own and grow Ohme's customer engagement strategy, building multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle journeys that keep our customers informed, supported and engaged at every stage of their EV charging journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer engagement strategy, shaping communications across channels (in-app, email, SMS, chat) and use cases (product updates, support, lifecycle journeys) to ensure clarity and consistency at every touchpoint.
- Build, execute and continuously optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys in Customer.io, using segmentation, personalisation and Liquid logic.
- Champion trust-led, consent-driven communication that deepens customer relationships and supports mission-led growth.
- Manage the CRM platform and its integrations with product, support and data systems to enable intelligent, data-driven messaging, working closely with those teams to keep messaging aligned to the wider customer journey.
- Use AI tools and a test-and-learn mindset to personalise messaging at scale, spot manual bottlenecks and automate workflows.
- Track and report on campaign performance and quality, turning data into insights that improve engagement, retention and loyalty.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
