Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Contract - 12 month contract)
Introduction
We are partnering with a global entertainment and technology company to find an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support its Consumer Engagement team.
The Role
As the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, from planning and audience segmentation through to deployment, testing, optimisation, and reporting. This role combines strategic campaign thinking with hands-on platform execution and requires someone who enjoys building automated customer journeys, analysing performance, and continuously improving customer experiences through testing and personalisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Building, deploying, and optimising lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and other owned channels using marketing automation platforms
- Configuring customer journeys, audience segmentation, trigger-based campaigns, and automated lifecycle programmes
- Executing campaign QA, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring flawless campaign delivery
- Collaborating with Creative, Data, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver highly personalised customer experiences
- Supporting the evolution of lifecycle programmes through automation, behavioural triggers, and customer journey optimisation
- Monitoring campaign performance and translating results into actionable recommendations and future campaign improvements
- Developing and executing A/B testing strategies across messaging, journeys, timing, and audience targeting
- Working with customer data and behavioural insights to improve personalisation and engagement at scale

You – Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement within a B2C environment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder), or a similar enterprise marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, automation, and trigger-based messaging
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including QA, troubleshooting, deployment, and optimisation
- Proven experience analysing campaign performance and using data to drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal teams
