Job Title: CRM Manager @ Fast-Growing Sports-Tech Brand
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
A fast-growing sports-tech brand is looking for a CRM Manager to own their audience end-to-end, turning app downloads, sign-ups and customers into engaged, paying customers.
The business uses AI-powered coaching technology to help everyday athletes improve at their sport, and has built a large, loyal community over the last few years. They're now launching an exciting new lower-cost product tier that's set to bring a huge wave of new users into the funnel, making CRM one of the most important channels in the business.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Performance Marketing Lead, with real impact tracked at leadership level. You'll own the channel from acquisition through to purchase - email, in-app and push - plus supporting content like blog posts and landing pages.
This role is only right for someone who genuinely loves skiing. A background as an instructor, a season worked on the mountain, or a deep personal passion for the sport is essential - it matters as much as your CRM experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
