CRM Manager - Scaleup
Location: London
Working Days: 4 days in the office to start, then 3 days
Salary: £50,000+

We're working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to take ownership of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and long-term customer value.
This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the CRM strategy across email, SMS and app communications, building targeted campaigns, automated journeys and loyalty initiatives that keep customers engaged.

A bit about the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging email, SMS and automated CRM campaigns.
- Build targeted customer journeys and audience segments.
- Help develop loyalty and rewards initiatives that keep customers coming back.
- Keep a close eye on campaign performance and use the data to improve results.
- Support promotional activity and customer communications.
- Work closely with the wider team to create a great customer experience.

A bit about you:
- You've got experience in a CRM, customer lifecycle or retention role.
- You're confident using email and SMS marketing platforms.
- You enjoy digging into data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
- Experience with loyalty programmes, promotions or gamified products would be a real bonus.
- You're organised, proactive and always looking for ways to test, learn and improve.
