We have partnered with a leading UK Law Firm as they look to hire a CRM Manager on a 12 month FTC, based in Bristol. The CRM Manager will support the optimisation and development of the firm-wide CRM platform, facilitating smarter decision-making and stronger client relationships through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous enhancement and optimisation of the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
- Drive adoption across the firm through tailored training, ongoing support, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with teams including Marketing, IT, and Data to improve insights, automate processes, and improve reporting capabilities.
- Develop dashboards and solutions that deliver actionable intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Explore emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance CRM functionality and usability.
- Influence senior stakeholders to embed best practices, ensuring consistent and effective use of the CRM system.
- Facilitate a culture of trusted, accessible data that underpins operational improvements and client engagement.

Experience required
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms within professional services or similar environments.
- Preferably experience of working with InterAction but open to experience of other similar CRM programmes.
- Technical skills in CRM configuration, optimisation, reporting, and automation.
- Experience leading organisation-wide adoption and change initiatives.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative in approach, proactive in problem-solving, and committed to delivering results.
