CRM Manager | £60,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Share Options | London | Hybrid (2 Days Per Week)
The next 50,000 subscribers won't come from acquisition alone. They'll come from building a customer experience people don't want to leave.
A fast-growing subscription health brand is entering its next stage of growth, with plans to double its subscriber base from 50,000 to 100,000 customers.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll own the customer lifecycle from first purchase through to long-term loyalty, building the CRM strategy that powers repeat revenue, stronger customer relationships and long-term commercial growth.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a machine and simply keep it running.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how CRM evolves across the business, combining data, automation, AI and customer insight to create an experience customers genuinely value. Your work will influence subscription growth, customer lifetime value and the overall direction of the business.
Working across Klaviyo, Shopify and Lifetimely, you'll build sophisticated customer journeys, improve personalisation, increase subscription revenue and uncover new opportunities to strengthen every customer relationship.
You'll also play a key role in the launch of a refreshed brand identity, ensuring every CRM touchpoint reflects the next chapter of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- The CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS and lifecycle marketing.
- Customer segmentation and personalised communications.
- Klaviyo flows including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, cross-sell, upsell and subscription journeys.
- Customer lifecycle reporting using Shopify and Lifetimely.
- Growing the Subscribe & Save programme through testing, optimisation and experimentation.
- Increasing customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate and average order value.
- Building and refining email templates that balance creativity with commercial performance.
- Using AI tools to improve campaign delivery, workflow efficiency and personalisation.
- Deliverability, reporting and CRM best practice.
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure CRM supports broader commercial objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
