Are you a CRM manager looking for an exciting new challenge, with a passion for sport and/or subscription services? Do you have creative flair and an eye for detail? Have you owned end-to-end campaigns, coordinated creatives, copy and conflicting deadlines? Do you thrive in a commercial, target-driven environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

DAZN's goal is to become the world's largest sports broadcaster and one of the biggest entertainment services on the planet. With a growing portfolio of premium sports rights, our growth is fuelled by storytelling, personalisation and retention.

Working across the international matrix business, you will collaborate with product, content, data and analytics teams to deliver CRM output for fans around the world. Strong stakeholder management will be key to success.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of CRM, this role will focus on Football and Boxing across DAZN's Growth Markets.

  • You will take ownership of end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, supporting key matchdays, major football competitions, fight nights, PPV events and broader lifecycle activity across both sports.
  • You will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns, working across segmentation, personalisation, copywriting, creative briefing and optimisation to create highly relevant communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
