A prestigious and market-leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and CRM strategy across the business.

Following continued growth and investment in its digital capabilities, the organisation is looking to appoint a commercially minded CRM specialist to maximise the value of its customer data, strengthen client relationships, and deliver highly targeted marketing programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this is a highly collaborative role working closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to support commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of HubSpot CRM: Take ownership of the company's HubSpot CRM.
  • Customer Segmentation and Marketing Automation: Lead the development of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns across the full customer journey.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Responsible for maintaining CRM data quality, optimising customer journeys, and leveraging HubSpot's automation, workflows, and reporting capabilities to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: An experienced CRM marketing professional with a strong background in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing within a B2B environment, ideally in financial or professional services.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • A data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to translate customer insights into effective marketing strategies.
    • Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
