CRM & Marketing Operations Lead – Memory & Data Storage Supplier
Maidstone (On-site initially) • Hybrid (2-3 days from home post-probation)
DOE: £45,000 – £50,000 pa
About the Role
A unique opportunity to build and scale a revenue growth engine from scratch. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the CRM & Marketing Operations Lead will own CRM, marketing operations, and funnel design, establishing a scalable framework to drive pipeline and performance. Post-launch, you will focus on continuous improvement, automation, and AI-led optimisation—rather than day-to-day campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, build, and optimisation of the marketing tech stack.
- Idea and implement the end-to-end marketing funnel and lead management framework, collaborating with third-party providers.
- Set up lead scoring, lifecycle, and nurture frameworks.
- Configure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure strong data quality and governance.
- Lead ongoing optimisation and marketing ops projects.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM-driven roles (B2B preferred).
- Deep knowledge of funnels, lifecycle management, and lead nurturing.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong ability to analyse data and reporting to inform decisions.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
- Positive, collaborative, and professional personality.
- Comfortable cross-team stakeholder management and influence.
- Interest in AI and automation.
