CRM Operations Specialist

Function: CRM / Marketing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and manage highly targeted customer audiences for CRM campaigns, using data and customer insights to deliver personalised communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, on-site experiences, and performance marketing channels.
  • Build, execute and optimise both automated and one-off CRM campaigns, supporting the development of engaging campaign content that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Utilise tools such as Braze, Movable Ink, and HTML to deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, customer-focused campaigns across multiple channels while continuously identifying opportunities to improve CRM operations and campaign performance.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with FCA, GDPR, and internal governance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of customer data protection and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering CRM campaigns with a strong focus on audience creation, segmentation, and personalised customer communications.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink, with working knowledge of email HTML and SQL to support campaign execution and audience management.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
