CRM Product Manager
CRM Product Manager - 12 month FTC
£43,500- £55,000 doe
Your role with us:
The CRM Product owner will maximise the return on investment of the CRM system by optimising understanding, consistency of use, adoption, data integrity and requests for development across The Royal Mint. This is a hands on role and you will regularly work with key stakeholders and cross functional teams acting as a bridge between the technical, service, commercial and external support team to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business.
We are looking for people who have: Knowledge of common CRM software tools and their application (Hubspot desirable) Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing CRM enabling strategies to support the growth of a customer focused business. A proven track record of continuous improvement in a structured way with benefits measured and realised. Sound business, technical, financial and process knowledge to assess impact of decisions and changes.
