Job Description: CRM Product Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and delivery-focused CRM Product Lead to take ownership of our CRM platform and drive its evolution as a core enabler of customer and commercial success.


About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you’ll define and deliver the CRM product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and act as the vital link between business and technology—ensuring we maximise value from our CRM investment.


Responsibilities

As CRM Product Lead, you will:

  • Own and drive the CRM product strategy, aligning it with wider customer and commercial goals
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, grounded in business priorities and user needs
  • Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across digital and business leadership
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities using Agile methodologies
  • Define, track, and evolve KPIs to measure success, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure CRM data supports a single, accurate customer view
  • Take accountability for the live CRM platform, ensuring resilience, availability, and effective incident management
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality, business-aligned delivery

  • Proven experience delivering CRM transformation or optimisation programmes (ideally MS Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
  • Solid knowledge of CRM workflows, case management, and API integrations
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver iterative change
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, driving engagement and adoption
  • Experience working with offshore development teams
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
