CRM Project Manager
CRM Product Manager
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid or Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CRM Product Manager to own and evolve our customer relationship management platform and associated integrations. This role will drive the CRM product roadmap, partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and a background in highly regulated, customer-centric sectors such as fintech, proptech, mortgage technology, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Manage the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and integrations.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Analyse user behaviour and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM processes and data support regulatory and operational requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
Essential Requirements
- 7–12 years of professional experience, including at least 4–6 years in Product Management roles.
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering successful digital products.
- Experience working with agile delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university, ideally in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar).

Highly Desirable
- Experience with Acre CRM.
- Experience with One Mortgage System (OMS).
- Experience within fintech, proptech, mortgage technology, lending, or other regulated digital businesses.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and customer data platforms.
- Experience with workflow automation and CRM reporting tools.
