CRM Solutions Architect @ Huble
Welcome to Huble 👋 – HubSpot’s 2024 Global Partner of the Year!
We’re a global HubSpot, AI, marketing & creative consultancy helping mid-market and enterprise businesses move faster, adapt smarter, and innovate freely by shaping their tech around the HubSpot CRM. We guide our teams to balance professional excellence with human ingenuity.
As a CRM Solutions Architect, your core role is to design scalable, innovative solutions for clients, treating HubSpot CRM as a central hub within a broader front-office ecosystem. This involves:
- Integrating systems
- Architecting secure, efficient data flows
- Crafting flexible solutions that align with clients’ business processes and tech stacks
About the Role
We’re looking for a technical architect—someone with experience in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics or wider system architecture roles. CRM knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory. Instead, we prioritise:
- Design skills for end-to-end solutions
- Data strategy expertise
- Proficiency with APIs
- Expertise in seamless system integrations to tackle complex business needs
- Experience in smaller businesses or diverse tech environments
Key Responsibilities
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Marketing, Sales, Service Consulting) to drive impactful projects, including:
- Designing tailored HubSpot solutions based on client needs
- Collaborating to define architecture and project scope
- Developing comprehensive documentation (e.g., functional specs, data models)
- Leading configuration projects and providing mentorship to junior colleagues
- Conducting technology audits and recommending improvements
- Setting success metrics and reporting for solutions
- Keeping pace with tech innovations and communicating changes internally and to clients
- Aiding data migrations and conducting QA testing
- Leading team certifications and internal training initiatives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
