About the Role
Are you ready to make a real impact? Join Boots as a CRM Specialist within our dynamic Marketing team in Nottingham, Beeston. Here, you’ll develop personalised marketing plans and manage impactful communications that resonate with our customers.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications while driving real commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, own, and deliver the CRM plan and incentives
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities
- Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results
- Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience

Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Background in marketing, ideally with CRM, digital, or printed communications experience
- A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach
- Excellent relationship-building, organisational, and communication skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
