Retention & CRM Specialist - Living Proof Ecommerce Team
Overview
Living Proof is looking for a Retention & CRM Specialist to join our team to help support the growth of the brand. This role will be responsible for developing the CRM strategy for the brand, including day-to-day management of CRM/email activity and day-to-day management of the website, whilst providing strong data-driven insights across all channels and site performance.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic & proactive approach who can help drive Living Proof’s ambitious and exciting growth strategy in the UK market. This is truly a unique and exciting time to join the team as we continue to drive the brand within the Prestige Haircare market.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Day-to-day management and trading of UK website
- Manage onsite visual merchandising ensuring products are added to the site on time, product information is up to date and product listing categories are organised according to business needs
- Develop a sophisticated CRM strategy that drives frequency, LTV and AOV
- Create and grow a segmentation lifecycle strategy from welcome flow, onboarding through to lapsing/lapsed segments
- Day-to-day development and implementation of all CRM & email activity
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager on brand marketing calendar & campaign planning
- Strategically drive growth of the UK data base to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Ongoing testing of all email and CRM activity to drive maximum efficiency and conversions
- Conduct in-depth customer behaviour and product analysis
- Identify core consumer groups, ensuring personalisation & relevancy of all comms
- Drive omni-channel CRM best practice by ensuring continuity in consumer experience
- In-depth analysis into channel and site performance to inform the brand’s digital strategy
- Work closely with the UK design & global teams on all creative briefs for email & CRM assets
- Work closely with design teams to continuously improve brand and product storytelling and maximise click through rate
- Complete weekly and monthly cross-channel reporting

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a similar position
- In-depth experience using CRM and data platforms. Sales Force experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Klayvio preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise, according to business needs
- Flexibility and adaptability whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Retail, luxury or Beauty experience is preferable but not essential
