Data Systems Volunteer – CRM Specialist
Help Reprezent unite data across Mailchimp, Typeform, Google Sheets and Monday.com into a joined-up CRM to track impact, strengthen funding applications, and unlock training places for 4,000+ young people on our waiting list.

What We Need
We’re seeking a CRM Specialist—someone eager to solve data challenges and see the bigger picture, not just manage databases. Ideal candidates will have experience in:

- CRM implementation, administration, or optimisation
- Data management, quality, or governance

While familiarity with Mailchimp, Typeform, Monday.com, or Google Sheets is helpful, we value practical scalability and adaptability more than software expertise.

Remote role
What You’ll Do
Reprezent will ask you to transform how we handle data to reflect the 4,000+ young people and thousands more supported over time.
While our teams excel at delivering media training, mentoring, and London’s youth-led FM radio station, our systems have outgrown our initial setup—Gmail, Mailchimp, Typeform, Google Sheets, and Monday.com each serve a purpose but operate in silos.

Your work will include:
- Reviewing existing CRM and data processes
- Mapping duplication, gaps, and areas of immediate improvement
- Designing an effective structure for managing:
- Contacts
- Learners
- Volunteers
- Alumni
- Connecting our current tools—without building a brand-new CRM—into a coherent system
- Introducing low-effort automation where it strengthens processes
- Helping us refine reporting to evidence impact—essential for funding applications and stakeholder trust
- Creating clear documentation so Reprezent can sustain and improve systems post-project
We’re focusing on leverage and enhancement, not overhauls. Your recommendations should ensure we’re maximising our existing assets with meaningful refinements.
