CRO Developer

£50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid - Manchester (3x days per week)

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing digital business where experimentation sits at the heart of decision making. With strong investment in CRO and testing, you will play a key role in creating, deploying, and analysing experiments across high traffic digital platforms. This position offers the chance to make a direct commercial impact while working with modern experimentation tools and technologies.

The Company

They are an established digital performance business operating across multiple international markets. Through a portfolio of proprietary digital platforms, they manage and optimise the full customer journey from acquisition through to conversion. Their data-driven approach to growth has created a strong culture of experimentation, with significant opportunities to improve customer experiences through testing. Continued expansion has led to investment in building internal CRO and experimentation capability.

The Role

As a CRO Developer, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining A/B tests and experiments across a range of digital products. You will work closely with analysts, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to translate hypotheses into live experiments that drive measurable business results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
