We're working with a consistently growing marketing & technology agency based in Greater Manchester to find a CRO Manager to build and lead their conversion optimisation function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to own the CRO strategy across a number of high-traffic lead-generation journeys for a business investing in their marketing strategy across all channels. You'll shape the future of the department, defining team structure, mentoring talent, and eventually building out a dedicated front-end experimentation team.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning and running the CRO roadmap, turning data-driven hypotheses into a high-velocity testing pipeline
- Hands-on build and deployment of front-end A/B tests using HTML, CSS & JavaScript (Convert.com experience a plus)
- Leading prioritisation based on revenue impact, traffic volume, and lead quality
- Partnering with Tech, Marketing & Compliance to keep experiments aligned and compliant
- Using tools like Mouseflow, Clarity or FullStory to turn user behaviour into testing opportunities
What our client is looking for:
- 5+ years' CRO experience, ideally in high-traffic lead gen
- 3+ years' hands-on JavaScript/HTML/CSS, comfortable manipulating the DOM
- Strong grip on experimentation methodology and statistical significance
- A commercially-minded operator, someone who cares about profitability, not just test wins
- Experience with a major experimentation platform (Convert, VWO, Optimizely etc.) and session recording tools
